Reverse logistics is structured efficiently. It integrates the delivery of cotton fiber with the return of fertilizer for the next harvest, creating a sustainable cycle and reducing waste.

SEED PRODUCTION

Always seeking efficiency in our processes, we adopt the concept of circularity in our practices. One of the fundamental pillars of this approach is the production of our own seeds, cotton and soy. These seeds are used in all our agricultural units.

OWN PRODUCTION OF BIOLOGICAL PESTICIDES

Own production of biological pesticides. Our biofactory is located in the municipality of Campo Verde in Mato Grosso, at the Fartura Production Unit, producing high-tech bioinputs that meet all of our internal production needs. We have 6 products registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), including bioinsecticides (Beauveria and Metarhiziun) used to control whiteflies, corn leafhoppers and pastures. (Bacillus thuringiensis) which acts in the biological control of defoliating caterpillars in soybeans, corn and cotton. The fungus (Trichoderma) used in the control of fungal diseases caused by other pathogenic fungi such as (Fusarium, Sclerotinia and Rhizoctonia). In addition to nitrogen-fixing bacteria (Rhizobium).

OWN FEED PRODUCTION

Within the seed cotton cycle, which is the harvested cotton that will be processed, there is the lint, the seed and the residue. The residue becomes briquettes, which can be used in animal feed and as an energy source.

PLANTED FOREST

There are approximately 2,800 hectares planted with eucalyptus in Bom Futuro units. Trees are a renewable energy source, used in warehouses and cotton mills.
