CULTIVATING SOCIO-ENVIRONMENTAL DEVELOPMENT
For over 14 years, the Separô Program has been an essential pillar in our company's commitment to socio-environmental development and the responsible management of hazardous and recyclable waste in all of our production units. During this time, our environmental management process has been standardized and improved over the years, always prioritizing the proper handling of waste, ranging from reuse to final disposal, thus promoting an efficient circular economy.

In addition to ensuring effective waste management practices, the Program has been fundamental in promoting environmental awareness among our employees. Through internal environmental education initiatives, all employees and their families understand the Program's processes and have adapted to this culture.

Furthermore, through strategic partnerships with specialized companies, we transform recyclable materials into resources that are reinvested in socio-environmental projects for both our internal audience and the local community.

Through Separô Program, we finance a series of actions aimed at environmental education, social development, culture, sports and leisure. From building playgrounds for children to distributing “Seeds of the Future” School Kits, our commitment to strengthening the communities where we operate has only grown over the years. Another recurring action is Tree Day, an initiative that engages employees and their families to plant seedlings in all of our units. This action not only promotes environmental awareness, but also encourages children to become guardians of the planted trees, creating a sense of environmental responsibility from an early age.

Separô Program is tangible proof of Bom Futuro's commitment to a sustainable future. By demonstrating our commitment to practicing the concept of circular economy in our practices, we will continue to plant the seeds of a good future, with the commitment and engagement of all our employees and those who walk alongside us.
