REAL ESTATE

We started this activity making available 02 urban subdivisions in the municipality of Matupá - MT, totaling 365 thousand m² of area, offering the community of the region more than 1 thousand lots provided with infrastructure, ready for housing projects.

In 2013, sensitive to the potential demand for subdivisions in urban areas, the REAL ESTATE segment was born, with the purpose of boosting the quality of life of families and fostering the growth of municipalities that are agricultural hubs in Mato Grosso, through the sale of land separated from areas of our production units, located close to cities, where there is an active real estate market and land with these characteristics.

The first project, called Loteamento Cidade Alta, is 100% sold, totaling 355 lots, with an explored area of 115,520m².

The second project, called Loteamento Alto dos Lagos, is already 100% commercialized, with an explored area of 250,000m², divided into 662 lots.

Our real estate developments include the complete urbanization of the area, with planned lots, streets and asphalt paving, drainage and installation of river and sewage networks and provision of water and energy on each lot, in addition to common use infrastructure such as trees, public lighting and bike paths, following the municipal urban planning guidelines and plan, as well as including the subdivision and respective registration of the property.

We continue to prospect new projects and hope to soon make another successful subdivision available to families from Mato Grosso and investors.
