Bom Futuro carried out the distribution of school supply kits this December to the school-aged children of its employees, benefiting families across all company units. The initiative is part of the company’s people-focused actions and support for education, reaching children and adolescents aged 4 to 15.

The kits were organized into two formats. For children aged 4 to 10, the children’s kit followed the theme Emotions Club, with materials designed to encourage learning in a playful way and support emotional development in the early years of schooling.

Adolescents aged 11 to 15 received the pre-teen and teen kit, featuring a more sober visual identity, with monochromatic colors, a black backpack and Bom Futuro’s gold accents.

In total, approximately 4,000 school kits were delivered. The children’s kit includes two hardcover notebooks, two drawing notebooks, a comic-style coloring notebook, colored pencils, writing pencils, a sharpener, eraser, crayons, gouache paint, a pencil case and a customized backpack. The pre-teen and teen kit includes a 10-subject notebook, a drawing notebook, a comic-style coloring notebook, pens, a mechanical pencil, eraser, highlighter, sticky notes, a pencil case and a customized backpack.

The resources used to purchase the school kits come from the Separô Program, Bom Futuro’s socio-environmental initiative focused on the separation, collection and proper disposal of solid waste at the company’s properties. The program transforms the sale of recyclable materials into social impact actions, such as supporting the education of employees’ children.

The initiative aims to support the cognitive development of children and adolescents by providing high-quality school materials that encourage learning, organization and interest in education from an early age. The action reinforces Bom Futuro’s commitment to education and to the care of its employees’ families.
