We took part in the 13th edition of the Agro HR Meeting, one of the key events for discussing trends, challenges, and ways to strengthen people management in the sector. The event brought together leaders and professionals from different companies, creating a valuable exchange of experiences and perspectives on the future of work in agribusiness.
In the panel “How to build a strategic HR model for the business”, our Administrative and Shared Services Director, Leonardo Rossato, represented Bom Futuro and emphasized that the role of HR goes far beyond hiring. For him, it is essential to align the company’s purpose with that of each employee, building growth journeys that lead to sustainable results.
