Bom Futuro welcomed representatives from Marfrig — the world's largest hamburger processor — and Arcos Dorados, the operator of over 2,500 McDonald’s restaurants in Latin America and the Caribbean, to its units in Campo Verde. The visit focused on monitoring sustainability, traceability, and animal welfare practices applied in the company’s livestock operations.
Special attention was given to the Fatura unit, which is certified to supply beef to McDonald’s through Marfrig. This unit operates under strict protocols, ensuring the highest standards of quality and socio-environmental responsibility.
During the visit, the representatives witnessed Bom Futuro’s commitment to a modern livestock system that respects the environment, guarantees animal origin through full-chain traceability, prioritizes animal welfare at every stage, and meets the most demanding socio-environmental guidelines.
The presence of two major players in the global food chain reinforces Bom Futuro’s role as a strategic link in a production system that is increasingly transparent, ethical, and sustainable — from farm to end consumer.
