Students participating in Project Decolando have received educational kits to support their aviation training through the program developed by the Integrated Air Operations Center (CIOPAer) in partnership with the State Department of Education (Seduc) and the State Department of Social Assistance and Citizenship (Setasc). Donated by Bom Futuro, the kits include aviation textbooks, a flight computer, rulers and protractors, all of which will be used throughout the training course.

Project Decolando provides free, comprehensive aviation training to public school students across the state of Mato Grosso, offering both theoretical and practical instruction in aviation. The initiative aims to expand access to professional training opportunities while introducing young people to a highly specialized field, helping develop the next generation of aviation professionals in the state.

The donated materials will be used during classroom activities, supporting students as they learn subjects such as air navigation, flight planning and other core components of the curriculum.

According to Tiago Goecks, Bom Futuro's Human Resources, Social Responsibility and Marketing Manager, supporting educational initiatives is a way to create opportunities and contribute to community development.

"At Bom Futuro, we believe that investing in people's education is an investment in society's future. Project Decolando creates new opportunities for public school students, and we are proud to support this initiative by providing materials that will contribute to their learning and help prepare them for their future careers," he said.

Bom Futuro's support for Project Decolando is part of the company's social responsibility initiatives focused on strengthening education and professional development, helping expand opportunities for the communities where the company operates.
