Launched in 2023, the program has already achieved a 34% reduction in tool consumption, promoting greater control, productivity, and well-being in the cotton processing units.
Launched over two years ago by the Agroindustrial division, the Golden Maintainer Program was developed to improve the management and control of mechanical tools in the Cotton Processing Industries. With a focus on safety, durability, and efficiency, the initiative is already delivering impressive results: since its implementation, tool consumption has dropped by more than 34%, directly reflecting cost reduction and enhanced workplace safety.
Through monthly audits and clearly defined goals, mechanics participating in the program are encouraged to keep their tools in good working condition, avoid warnings, accidents, and irregularities, and actively contribute to loss prevention.
The initiative not only strengthens operational efficiency but also promotes organization and the well-being of employees by providing a safer, more organized, and productive work environment.
The program’s success is the result of the commitment of the Agroindustrial division and all those involved — from its creators to the maintainer mechanics — who, with responsibility and dedication, have helped positively transform the routine in the cotton units and optimize company costs.
With the Golden Maintainer Program, Bom Futuro reaffirms its values of entrepreneurship and care for everything and everyone around us, continuously seeking sustainable solutions that enhance operational performance.
