Valuing those who show dedication, overcome challenges, and deliver excellent results is part of our culture. That’s why we awarded the recognition trophy to the employees chosen as standouts in the 2024 Gold Maintainer Program.

In this edition, 50 mechanics participated in the program, which aims to recognize the maintainers who stood out the most during the period, based on technical and behavioral criteria. The winners were Carlos Sousa da Silva, from the IBA Sapezal unit, and Eduardo Borralho Sobreira, from the IBA Santa Luzia unit.

In addition to the recognition trophy, both also took part in an exclusive leadership training, reinforcing our commitment to the technical and behavioral development of our talents.

Motivated by their achievements, the awarded employees shared a few words of gratitude:
