The initiative is part of the Incentivized Social Project and promotes integration between young people and the corporate environment.

On August 27, we welcomed 25 young participants from Instituto Reação Cuiabá to our headquarters, one of the institutes we support through the Incentivized Social Project.

Instituto Reação promotes human development and social integration through sports, culture, and education, using these tools as instruments of social transformation. By standing alongside this cause, we reaffirm our belief in the power of education and inclusion to open paths and create new opportunities.

The visit provided an immersive experience in our corporate routine. The young participants explored different areas and professionals who contribute to the company’s operations, learned how sectors connect to generate positive results, and expanded their knowledge. It was also a moment of inspiration, encouraging them to reflect on their own paths and motivating them to build solid and purposeful careers.

This initiative reinforces our commitment to staying close to the social projects we support, helping young people broaden their horizons, find new possibilities, and remain determined in the pursuit of their dreams.
