More than 700 leaders from Bom Futuro are expected to take part throughout 2026 in a training program focused on strengthening the company’s organizational culture and developing leadership across production units in different regions. The groups will be organized over the course of the year, with in-person sessions held in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso.

During the Culture and Leadership Development Program, participants deepen their understanding of the company’s culture, gain insights into how different areas operate, and engage in activities aimed at self-awareness and strengthening their leadership role in day-to-day operations.

In addition to technical and behavioral content, the program also promotes integration among leaders from different units—many of whom are meeting for the first time. The environment for exchanging experiences and collective learning was highlighted as one of the key strengths by participants from the first group, held in early March.

“This program was extremely rich in knowledge and directly contributed to the way we lead. We will take important lessons back to our units, especially regarding how we interact with people and practice integrity on a daily basis,” said Elias Pereira, a cotton classifier at the Água Limpa Cotton Processing Unit in Nova Ubiratã, Mato Grosso.

Managers also emphasize the practical application of the content, noting their intention to replicate what they learned as soon as they return to their routines. In this sense, strengthening the organizational culture extends beyond the training room, directly impacting team management.

Another point highlighted by Carlos da Silva, cotton classification supervisor at the Colorado unit in Diamantino, Mato Grosso, is the encouragement of self-awareness as a strategic leadership tool. “We had the opportunity to be together with leaders from other units, exchange ideas, and take part in a collective learning environment. The self-awareness work was essential for us to better understand who we are as leaders,” he said.

Testimonials also point to a transformation that goes beyond the professional sphere. “I leave this program feeling better than when I arrived, both professionally and personally. It was a privilege to gain a deeper understanding of the company and take this learning into my life,” said Sidielton Novaes, warehouse supervisor at the Bom Futuro unit in Campo Verde, Mato Grosso.

With a focus on human development and building leadership aligned with its culture, Bom Futuro reinforces, through the program, its commitment to the sustainable growth of its operations and to strengthening the people who are part of this process.
