Semeadores do Futuro 2026 brought together, from April 8 to 10, in Cuiabá, Bom Futuro managers from more than 36 production units and the company’s headquarters to discuss strategies, strengthen governance, and define guidelines for the company’s development.
In total, more than 120 participants took part in the event, which was structured over three days of programming focused on organizational culture, analysis of the current scenario, and planning of upcoming actions.
At the opening, participants followed a retrospective of how the company has evolved since the creation of Semeadores do Futuro in 2010, along with discussions focused on virtues, governance, and the company’s performance.
The second day was dedicated to technical panels addressing strategic topics for operations, such as agricultural planning, management of production units, logistics, performance indicators, technology, supplies, and asset management. Topics such as production quality, certifications, field innovation, and operational efficiency were also discussed.
On the third day, discussions were directed toward the future of the business, covering topics related to safety, risk management, integrity, human resources, livestock, and leadership development. The closing included the participation of the board of directors and shareholders, who presented strategic commitments for the company’s next cycles.
The meeting also reinforced the importance of integration among leaders and the exchange of experiences within the corporate environment, with a focus on building solutions and the continuous evolution of the business.
