Bom Futuro has received ABNT Certificates under the ABR-UBA Compliance Certificate for its Cotton Processing Plants (IBAs), recognizing the facilities’ compliance with responsible socio-environmental practices and rigorous sustainability and social responsibility criteria.

The following units were certified: Água Limpa Cotton Gin (Nova Ubiratã, MT), Bom Futuro Cotton Gin (Campo Verde, MT), Cocal Cotton Gin (Canarana, MT), Colorado Cotton Gin (Diamantino, MT), Filadélfia Cotton Gin (Campo Verde, MT), Malu Cotton Gin (Bom Jesus do Araguaia, MT), Santa Luzia Cotton Gin (Sapezal, MT), Sapezal Cotton Gin (Sapezal, MT), Vale do Rio Verde Cotton Gin (Tapurah, MT), and Vovô Ernesto Cotton Gin (Nova Mutum, MT).

The ABR-UBA Compliance Certification, granted by AMPA/ABRAPA and accredited by ABNT Certificadora, recognizes compliance within the cotton processing scope with sound socio-environmental practices, free from child labor and from conditions analogous to slavery, as well as degrading or undignified working conditions.

The result reflects the joint efforts of the Cotton Processing Plants teams and the departments involved, which worked with dedication throughout the certification process. The achievement reinforces Bom Futuro’s commitment to sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility at every stage of its operations.
