A group of 24 apprentices enrolled in the Technical Administration course with an emphasis on Information Technology completed their training program at Bom Futuro’s headquarters. The initiative began in June 2024 and combined theoretical instruction at the National Industrial Training Service (Senai) with practical activities carried out within the company.
During the first year, participants attended the theoretical phase of the program at Senai, focusing on administration, information technology and professional development. In the following stage, the apprentices spent nine months working across different sectors of the company, following operational and administrative routines.
The practical experience allowed the young participants to become familiar with the corporate environment, apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom and develop skills related to organization, technology, communication and teamwork.
The program is part of Bom Futuro’s professional training and development initiatives, aimed at preparing young people for the job market and strengthening the connection between education and professional practice.
With the conclusion of the program, the company reinforces its commitment to initiatives focused on people development and the training of future professionals.
