Initiative highlights self-care, presence in fatherhood, and moves with a tribute video
This Father’s Day, we celebrated our employees with a special program that combined recognition, affection, and reflection on the importance of being present in their children’s lives.
As part of the tribute, all units hosted a special Father’s Day breakfast, and every father received a symbolic gift designed to reinforce this year’s campaign theme — “To care for others, you must first take care of yourself.” The gesture encourages self-care and well-being as essential pillars for responsible and inspiring fatherhood.
The celebration also featured an emotional highlight: the launch of a tribute video starring visagist Juarez Leite and employees Agnelo Borges and Michael Borges — father and son, both truck drivers at Bom Futuro Transportadora. The production sensitively portrays the father-son relationship, emphasizing the importance of leading by example, being present, and taking care of oneself in order to care for others.
