After two years of successful collaboration, Bom Futuro and the Regional Labor Court (TRT) renewed their partnership on Wednesday (2), aimed at hiring young apprentices to work in the Labor Justice system.
The collaboration between Bom Futuro and the TRT began in 2022, resulting in the hiring of five young apprentices. Among them, 16-year-old Kauanne Vitória stood out, remaining with the Court for two years. During her farewell at the end of September, she shared the valuable lessons she learned. “I leave with a heart full of gratitude for everything I experienced and for the warmth I received. I will carry all the teachings with me to apply in my future journey,” Kauanne stated.
During the signing of the new agreement, our representative, Bom Futuro's legal manager, Thiago Siqueira, praised the apprenticeship program, highlighting its simplicity and, at the same time, its profound impact on the participants' lives. “I am an example of how significant initiatives like this can be. At 14, I had my first professional experience, which was a milestone in my life. Today, as a lawyer, I see the Labor Justice system as a model of transparency and a standard to be followed by the entire Judiciary,” he said.
The president of the TRT, Adenir Carruesco, emphasized the social importance of this partnership. “It is essential to recognize that we have a responsibility to support these young people by offering them a chance for a better future. This commitment belongs to everyone: the State, families, and society. We are all united in building a more promising tomorrow for these young individuals,” she emphasized.
The Future Apprentice project provides development and training opportunities for young people, demonstrating that investments in the future of the new generation are crucial for building a more inclusive, responsible, and opportunity-filled society.
