The future of agriculture begins to be cultivated today. The new class of technical apprentices in agriculture at Bom Futuro is starting their course at the Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso (IFMT) – São Vicente Campus, embarking on a journey that will transform their lives and careers.

Throughout the course, these young students will receive training that integrates theory and practice, preparing them for the challenges of the industry. In the second year, their experience will become even more immersive: the apprentices will begin hands-on activities at Bom Futuro units, applying the knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world fieldwork.
