Since the inauguration of the Luzia Maggi Scheffer Executive Aviation Terminal in June 2025, Bom Futuro Airport has seen a sharp increase in air traffic. During this period, the facility recorded approximately 10,000 flight operations, including arrivals and departures, establishing the infrastructure as one of the Midwest’s premier executive aviation hubs.

The new terminal debuted during the Bom Futuro Aviation Experience, held in Cuiabá (MT) on May 30–31. The event marked both the opening of the state-of-the-art facility and the 43rd anniversary of Bom Futuro’s founding. Since then, the airport has operated at an expanded capacity, delivering enhanced comfort, speed, and efficiency to its users.

During the same interval, roughly 42,000 passengers utilized the airport, underscoring its importance for employees, clients, partners, and visitors traveling through the state capital and the surrounding region. The airport’s proximity to Cuiabá’s Political and Administrative Center, coupled with its specialized executive infrastructure, has driven high demand.

The growth is further evidenced by the adoption of hangar services. Currently, 69 aircraft utilize the facility monthly, reflecting the confidence of operators and clients in the services provided by the Bom Futuro executive terminal.

Regarded as the most modern in the Midwest, the Luzia Maggi Scheffer Executive Aviation Terminal offers a comprehensive suite of amenities, including a VIP lounge, meeting rooms, crew rest quarters, private areas, and exclusive services tailored for passenger and crew comfort.

In addition to full 24/7 ground support (available by appointment), the site features day and night lighting, a taxiway, an exclusive FCA radio frequency, and a 1,557-meter long by 30-meter wide runway. Hangarage and fueling services with JET A-1 and AVGAS are also provided.
