With a focus on integrating technology, operational efficiency and strategic management, Bom Futuro has established its Agricultural Operations Center (COA), responsible for monitoring, in real time, the activities carried out across the company’s more than 35 production units in Mato Grosso. The facility is based at the company’s administrative headquarters in Cuiabá (MT).

From the COA, specialized teams simultaneously oversee agricultural operations at the production units, consolidating strategic information that ensures greater process control, faster decision-making and standardized field operations.

Through the center, it is possible to monitor the performance of operating machinery, with access to data such as operational output, planted or harvested area, fuel consumption and quality of execution. The system also enables the tracking of alerts and mechanical failures, supporting preventive actions across the machinery fleet.

The information is integrated into intelligent systems that transform operational data into strategic analyses, providing a broad, accurate and dynamic view of ongoing activities.

According to Nahzir Okde, head of Bom Futuro’s Agricultural Operations Center, the COA serves as a direct link between the field and company management. “Today we have real-time visibility of operations at each farm. This allows us to act quickly, increase efficiency, optimize resources and track key indicators, reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement,” he says.

In practice, the COA represents an advance in agricultural production management by consolidating operational data and converting it into intelligence applied to planning and productivity.

Beyond its direct impact on operational performance, the structure strengthens precision agriculture and expands control over field processes. For Nahzir, the center’s key differentiator lies in the integration of technology, processes and people. “The COA enhances the work carried out in the field. Technology expands our analytical capacity and supports more assertive decision-making, always with a focus on efficiency, innovation and responsibility,” he concludes.
