Another Class Begins the Aprendiz do Futuro Program

04/07/2023

Fifty young individuals started the Aprendiz do Futuro program in June, a collaboration between Bom Futuro, Senai-MT, and Senar-MT. They are now students in the Automotive Maintenance and Agricultural Machinery course, where they will participate in theoretical and practical lessons for the next 18 to 20 months.

“This is a great opportunity for these young people, who went through a competitive selection process and now have the chance to build a career in technological fields, which are in high demand in the job market of Mato Grosso,” said Valvite Júnior, Manager of Educational Technologies at Senai MT.

Elessandra Marçal, Bom Futuro's Human Resources Coordinator, emphasized the company's commitment to partnering in the training of young individuals for the workforce. “This way, these young people meet the company’s need for qualified personnel while creating jobs and opportunities for them to gain technical professional training.”

Lorena Madalena, a student in the Aprendiz do Futuro program, expressed her determination: “I really want to learn everything I can to achieve my goals.” Fellow student Zyon Pedro shared his aspirations of pursuing a career at Bom Futuro. “Since we have both theoretical and practical periods here, by the end of the course, with my good performance, I can offer a lot to the company,” he stated.

Ana Cristina, the pedagogical coordinator at Senai Várzea Grande, explained that students begin their professional experience with theoretical training before transitioning to practical training within the company. “They will go to Bom Futuro's farms. We have a significant effort and commitment to develop them both technically and socially for the job market.”
