The Future Apprentice is an unprecedented program in Mato Grosso, where young apprentices will be trained at a technical level rather than the usual administrative one.
In this first phase, 75 students will be enrolled in a two-year course filled with both theoretical and practical learning about agro-industrial maintenance, automotive maintenance, and agricultural machinery maintenance. The first year will consist of theoretical classes at the Senai locations in Várzea Grande, Rondonópolis, and Nova Mutum. After this cycle, the young students will move to our units to complete the course with practical lessons. With a differentiated curriculum, these young professionals will have access to information, technology, and state-of-the-art facilities completely free of charge, and they will also be compensated and have access to company benefits.
In this way, they will be prepared for a labor market in agribusiness that is increasingly digital and technological.
